The Steakhouse, with capital letters :) is the name of the restaurant I can recommend you. It is on the premises of the Circus Circus Hotel, on Las Vegas Blvd, and for one of those delicious steaks you will only have to pay 15 $. A real bargain considering the prices there these days :)
