Benihana Village, inside Las Vegas Hilton, is one of the finest Japanese
eateries around town. the chefs are really skilled in cooking steaming hot food
and entertaining the guests.
The second place I would think of is Hamada Japan that can be found in
various locations. It serves traditional japanese food and great sushi. (732
