I personally go to Viva Mercado's when I'm in the mood for Mexican food. I've never had better in Las Vegas, at least. And it's 10 minutes from the Strip. The place doesn't submit to the general opinion that Mexican fares are always full of fats. So even if you're a veggie, no reason you shouldn't come here.
