Nope, definitely not... No videotaping, nor cameras are allowed there. And it's the same with all those famous museums in Las Vegas. Of course they don't permit smoking, food or any kind of beverages inside the museum; i remember some people asking about luggage hold when I was there..can u imagine? it's not an airport or something!
