dock's question:
Which is the cheapest area of Las Vegas apart from the over priced Strip?(give a different answer) .
If it's not the Strip then it's Downtown, officially known as Fremont Street. Although it's smaller and not so shiny as the Strip, it's the best choice for lots of tourists that don't feel rich enough for the first one. It is spread with outdoor snacks shops, colorful kiosks, good restaurants... it's a place where you can take a walk, eat, and dance under the lights.
