The Alan Bible Visitor Centre might be of great help. It is located 4 miles northeast of Boulder City on US 93 at NV 166. They provide info on all the recreational area around Lake Mead and the dam - informative films, brochures, accommodations, camping, hikes, picnic facilities and more. It's open daily.
