don't worry about that... the y are professionals... they think about everything that refers to your safety. the boats are of high performance with rudder, life vest, paddle, spray skirt, safety gear and a dry bag for it. They provide a healthy lunch, water and snacks. you just hv to take your camera, or rent one of theirs...it's water proof
