Yes you can, but only between October and April, the rest of the year the visibility is pretty low so they don't allow this activity. First check out the Alan Bible Visitor Centre ( Boulder City), for a list of the best diving locations and reliable instructors. It's always best to be guided by someone who has the experience in this field. Good luck!
