It's not a big deal, it's quite easy in Las Vegas, no matter where you're staying. Bell Trans are running 20-passenger minibuses between the airport and all the major Las Vegas hotels, all day long. Buses are leaving the airport every ten minutes, the cost is $5 per person to the Strip and Convention Center area hotels, and to Downtown it's $6,5.
