The Malibu Country Inn is a good place to stay in Malibu. It is a nicely restored 1943 Cape Cod style inn located about 7 miles north of the Malibu Pier. The rooms are nicely decorated some with fireplace and private patio. Prices for a room are 140 to 230USD in week days and 180 to 265 on weekends. The inn's Hideaway Cafe is a good spot for a meal any time of day.
