general's question: Please name me a cheap and decent place to stay in Los Angeles, closer to the shore.(give a different answer) .
I stayed once at this little motel called Sea Shore Motel at 2637 Main St in Santa Monica. It offers clean, low-cost rooms and it is very close to the beach, bars, boutiques and restaurants. The newer redecorated rooms have tile floors, refrigerators, data-port phones and cable TV. A room rate is 75 to 95 US dollars but the bad news is that the rooms don't have air-con.
