Is there a Christmas parade in LA?(give a different answer) .
yes, the Hollywood Christmas Parade takes place on the Sunday after Thanksgiving in November. This is a free parade with TV and film stars waving at bystanders from shiny floats along Hollywood Blvd. The actual Christmas procession is held between 16 and 24 December. Las Posadas is a free candlelight parade that relive Mary and Joseph's journey to Bethlehem. After this, follows a pinata-breaking for kids on Olvera St and surrounding streets.
