The best one, I think , is Long Beach Jazz Festival, a three day celebration in mid-august when major jazz talents such as George Duke, Al Jarreau and Poncho Sanchez perform on stage in LA. You should take a peak at the info on this website www.longbeachjazzfestival.com. There is also Central Avenue Jazz Festival, in late-July, when, for an entire weekend, the Central Ave celebrates the glory period between the 1920s and the '50s with music, food, arts and crafts.
