You should check this Mexican bistro called El Conquistador. It is situated at 3701 W Sunset Blvd, Silver Lake. Prices are ok: 9 to 13.50 US dollars and the food is just great. Try the chiles rellenos- it is stuffed peppers with cheese- or some nachos and quesadillas and then you are ready for some margarita. It is open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and daily for dinner.
