In Griffith Park, calm down, pal... :)This park is a great escape from the city's tiering life, and it's five times bigger than New York's central park. For a 10$ fee, you can enter the Los Angeles Zoo, open daily till 5 pm, or survey the city from the 1935 observatory. It's actually the observatory used by James Dean in "Rebel Without Cause"!! To reach your beloved Hollywood mark, exit through Griffith Park Dr or Zoo Dr, off the Golden State Fwy.
