If you're interested in learning more about the Native Americans head for the Southwest Museum of the American Indian- it is situated on 234 Museum Dr. This is the oldest museum in LA and it was founded by Charles Lummis in 1907 and houses an impressive collection of Native American art and artifacts. The admission fee is 7.50 dollars, but if you consider on visiting both the Southwest Museum of the American Indian and the "partner"-Museum of the America West you will pay only 12 dollars on a combination ticket.
