LA has a cigar factory that sells its aromatic tobaccos in the little store up front called La Plata Cigar Company since 1947. This tobacco shop is located at 1026 S grand Ave, Downtown. You'll find there Dominican, Honduran and Ecuadorian, up to nine kinds of leaf cigars. About the packing box, that's up to you to say if they have what you called a retro style.
