general's question: Where can I book a tour of the city in Los Angeles?(give a different answer) .
I once went on a nighttime tour called Neon Cruises, and it was pretty great. It is a bus tour organized by the Museum of Neon Art in downtown La and it takes you on a trip browsing the best in vintage neon art of the city. The tour always sells out so you must make reservations. Check this site for details: www.neonmona.org. The tour fee is 45 US dollars; it lasts from 7.30 to 10.30 pm.
