The Iroquois Park in Louisville

Posted 1 year ago by avatar klein in response to avatar lizette's question: What parks fit for a hiker like me do you know in Louisville? (give a different answer) .

The Iroquois park was simply beautiful, clean, with many walking paths and good for runners, but some parts are hilly. The total length of the paths is about 6 miles. In the park there also an ampitheatre where there are plays or shows going on during the nice days of summer and early fall. Plus there is even a "frisbee" golf course for those who like to throw it around. Also available are tennis courts, a sand volleyball course, and picnic tables.
