I don't know many Italian restaurants in Myrtle Beach, but the ones I do know are actually all very good. Still, there is one I can call my favorite. The spot is called Villa Romana, and is one of the best restaurants in Myrtle Beach. Go for the ravioli ... yummy. It's on S Kings Hwy
