When you feel like getting contact with the ice try the Paradise Skate Center. It's a good one in Myrtle Beach (3061 Newcastle Loop), pretty large and sometimes crowded. There is a ticket for admission and another one for skates-rentals. It's open only on Tue & Fri (6.30-8.30pm / 7-11pm) and on week-ends (on Sat betw 1pm & 10.30pm and on Sun betw 1pm & 4pm.
