Where? almost everywhere.... most of the restaurants in this town have seafood on their menus ... I wonder why :)Still, if you ask me, one of the best options in terms of prices and servicew is the Tale of The Whale restaurant. It's on the S Virginia Dare Trl, and prices start at 8 $
