and you imagine paying just 30 $ for a hotel room that is actually decent? Can you? Well, if you can't then head for the Empress Hotel on Ursulines street, cause this is the hotel where I was able to get such a room. Don't expect much in terms of amenities, but IT IS CHEAP !!!
