general's question: Any cheaper hotels in New Orleans?(give a different answer) .
Now, one of the cheapest places to spend the night in this town has always been the Old Town Inn. The hotel is on Marigny street and it costs around 50 $ to get a room there. Amenities include free parking - this is an issue in New Orleans, refrigerators and satelite TV.
