Try the Arnaud's, in the French Quarter, on Bienville street. It's very luxurios, with an old Southern mansion feeling. The menu is very fancy and elaborate, we tried the shrimp bisque and beef Wellington, but the choices are extended. They also have a so called Richelieu Room, for night live concerts or dancing, very romantic indeed. If it's your anniversary, I think you can spare $150 or 200 for a meal for two, you really can't go any cheaper than that.
