Would you recommend a traditional Creole restaurant in the French Quarter of New Orleans?(give a different answer) .
Galatoire's is a classic old New Orleans restaurant serving up a menu that hasn't changed in 50 years. If you want a classic Creole meal in a classic atmosphere, there's nothing better than Galatoire's, and the old French atmosphere of the Bourbon street fits in perfectly. They don't take reservations, so be prepared to drink at the bar for a couple of hours until a table becomes available. My favorites were the turtle soup and the oysters rockefellar, but you should also try the trout meuniere and trout amadine. It's very expensive, an average meal for two is around &80 or more.
