The French Market, New Orleans

Posted 1 year ago by wigger in response to avatar general's question: I heard of a touristic landmark in New Orleans called The French Market. Anyone has seen it? (give a different answer) .

The French Market is a complex of shops, offices and restaurants placed in buildings made during the Spanish and French rule, along Decatur street. One of the most interesting places here is the Cafe du Monde, which serves some of the best cofee in town. It's a nice area to visit and shop, but only if you afford it, the prices are high.
