But of course :) New orleans has actually been "built" on commercial activities, and the traditions are still easily seen there. they have 3 main markets. They are all inside the French Market - in the French Quarter. One is the Farmers market, and this is the place where you should go if you are the "I only eat eggs freshly picked from a farm" kind of person
