Course you can. I have been there and I have seen the signs of the main credit card companies on the doors of all the main restaurants and hotels. Shopping venues also. Should you need cash, ATMs are available almost everywhere. Exchanging money ain't that easy though, the only exchange office I saw was at the airport. but I guess all the banks could help you with that.
