Well, maybe you can sing for me one day at the Inn On 23RD (229$). Sounds dry, but that's the name of a 14th century B&B where I live at this point. The piano is near the bar, but nobody knows to play it right, so when guests feel like boogie-woogie, we just bring a cassette recorder. Free cookies and cakes are always available in the lobby and beer at the bar is 3$!
