Only 11 rooms at the Inn at Irving Place, New York City

Check at the Inn at Irving Place (nr 56) then, they only have 11 rooms, helluva expensive in my view (325$), but you won't be obliged to say "good morning" too many times. It's decorated in a Victorian manner, has wooden floors and a fireplace that doesn't work anymore. Breakfast is served at the Lady Mendi, where you can also go just for tea from Wednesday to Sunday!
