astroboy's question:
Guide me to a good B&B in New York that is rather small...I don't like busy places and people to walk on my foot on the hallways...(give a different answer) .
Check at the Inn at Irving Place (nr 56) then, they only have 11 rooms, helluva expensive in my view (325$), but you won't be obliged to say "good morning" too many times. It's decorated in a Victorian manner, has wooden floors and a fireplace that doesn't work anymore. Breakfast is served at the Lady Mendi, where you can also go just for tea from Wednesday to Sunday!
