Rooms for 43$ at the Gershwin Hotel of New York City

I just came from the The Gershwin Hotel, close to the Museum of Sex and four blocks away from Flatiron Building...spent 4 nights there, in a 6 people room, and payed 33$. I was lucky cause I caught a place in the women-only dorm, but most dorms are unisex and host 10 people. Private rooms are available for 43$, so it's really a good deal-cable TV, own bathroom.
