Not many options, but still, one or two worth trying: OW Bar, in 58th ST, with a great outdoor garden, and that oragnizes, from time to time, body(and talent) contests, would be one of them. And, secondly, Therapy, on 52nd st, with musical shows, stand-up comedy and restaurant upstairs. both worthwhile.
