Amuse, in 18 Th, in Chelsea, is a very cool place situated in a long dining hall with lots of banquettes that make it look like the eighties. Their food is very modern, however, from the pork sanwiches, to the French fries that have a modern touch. Mostly recommended: the lamb with roasted potato gratin.
