Carnegie Delicatessen Restaurant in New York

Posted 1 year ago by avatar jessica in response to avatar liquid's question: Guide me to a friendly restaurant in New York where food really piles up in the plates! (give a different answer) .

Carnegie Delicatessen, on 854 Seventh Ave., is a non-sophisticated pastrami-smelling restaurant. Clients eat elbow-to-elbow and never succeed in finishing everything they ordered. Really, people always leave with a doggie bag to take the remnants home. Waiters behave like old friends, tease you and, once you're in, warn won't need food for another week. Personally, I'm a big fan of their cheesecake!
