Yes, there is! Cesca is its name! And the good part is that it's located next to a very cozy not-so-expensive bar. The setting is romantic-in both bar and restaurant, which makes it main attraction for most couples. Thus, the place can be often crowded. Location: 75TH ST, btwn Amsterdam & Coulmbus Ave. Recommended: the cheese plates
