Communitea, as the name says, is the simplest place you could think of. It's on Vernon Blvd. Mainly focused on coffee and very large sandwiches. Always full of locals, who come to enjoy the free wifi available. All things to eat are cheap, so I don't see why this cafe couldn't be good for a breakfast.
