I'm taking some French friends out in Washington Heights. Which would be the best restaurant or cafe?(give a different answer) .
If you take your friends to Park Terrace Bistro, they won't be disappointed, and you won't be disappointed, either. The place is well-known in the whole area for its French-Moroccan dishes, so you'd better make a reservation in case you don't want to be surprised. Call 212-567-2828. And prepare some money, it's not exactly cheap.
