Balthazar, definitely! Very noisy and crowded permanently, but this is mainly due to the fact that all people in the area love their food. The steak frite, the salad nicoise, the prawn risotto with butter, are but a few of their magnificent dishes. Perfect for brunch, and not at all expensive.
