Jamaican cuisine in Harlem, New York City

Strictly Roots, in Adam Clayton Powell BLVD, is the only Jamaican restaurant I know in NYC. Surprisingly as it may seem, the clients are all healthy-looking, and the cuisine looks equally healthy. They mainly serve vegan food, so you don't have to worry about the freshness of the products. Very cheap also.
