I'm looking for a good Chinese bakery in Chinatown. A little more simple than the genuine resto. Any hints?(give a different answer) .
Well, a good bakery and an interesting place to go to would be Mei Lai Wah Coffee House, on Bayard St. The buns, the steamed pork, come together with the delicious coffee. Go there in the morning-you'll witness some genuine Chinese moments, when all Filipinos are going to work, cramming to get in front of the queue :)
