Well, you'd be surprised to find out that, among the few Italian restaurants in Little Italy there is a Mexican one-a good one, in fact, La Esquina. The chorizo tacos and the rubbed pork tacos are extremely delicious!! There is a cafe and a restaurant in the same place, so in case you're not in the mood for a taco, a coffee would do you good.
