Al Bustan, lebanese restaurant(Third Ave), is one of the ebst in town with Middle Oriental cuisine. Dawat(58th St) serves very good Indian food and DD Bistro Moderne(in 44th ST) is a famous French one. If you like to eat "works of art"-dishes shaped like that, try eating at Modern, at the Museum of Modern Art
