As far as I know, there are two skating rinks open all year-long. One would be Kate Woolman Rink, in Prospect Park-rental is 5$. Another one would be The one at the Rockefeller Center-entrance is a bit more expensive(about 15$)- this one is the best in town, but is really really crowded. Avoid weekends
