Well, from what I know, Niagara Falls is about an hour away from New York City py plane. There's the Buffalo International airport you can fly to from NY. That would be the quickest way ... now, if you are not willing to pay for a plane ticket, you can always get there by bus, cause the Greyhound operates in the area ....
