Benihana Restaurant is located inside the Hilton (1751 Hotel Plaza Boulevard, Walt Disney World Resort). I'll give the phone number in case you need any specific details regarding the location - (407) 827-4865. The restaurant is open daily, but only for dinner. From Mon to Thu between 4-10am and the rest of the week between 2-10pm
