Kona Cafe (on the 2nd floor of Disney's Polynesian Resort) is open beginning from 7.30am but there are days when it's very crowded. It seems that locals do like the menu offered in the morning. I recommend for example the Donald's Choice, followed by some Mickey Mouse pancakes. Lunch can be served between 12pm & 2.45pm. Though it's in the Disney's area, costs are moderate.
