There are cases when the exterior design of a building can determine people to make a wrong impression about it. That's what happened to me when I went for the first time to PR's. This simple restaurant near the intersection of Fairbanks Ave & Blake Str is open almost 12h a day, 7 days a week offering to his clients all the standard Mexican menu.
