If you know where Colonial town is, then you can find a library (Herndon) at 4324 East Colonial Drive. It's a normal one... with written and audio books, but besides that it organizes different programs for kids and families (like storytelling programs or bilingual events). The hours when it is open are: 10am-9pm on Mon-Thu & 10am-5pm on Fri-Sat
