many of us begin practicing this sport when we are kids, but the age shouldn't be an impediment to still try. In Orlando there is the All American Karate Academy which has courses for every category of people (children & adults). It's open only on week-days (from 7am to 6pm); for updated prices it's good to call 407.877.9951 or visit www.akashitoryu.com (the website is much more helpful cause it's got a lot of information)
